Every finished room starts with a solid structure and ends with clean walls and paint. When framing is true, drywall is flat, and paint goes over a properly prepared surface, the finished space feels right in a way that is difficult to put into words.

When any one of those things is cut short, you notice it. Maybe not right away, but over time you always do.

Oak and Holly Renovations handles framing, drywall, and interior painting as part of whole-home renovations and as standalone scopes for homeowners across Asheville, Buncombe County, and Western North Carolina.

Structure

Framing

New wall framing, partition walls, structural modifications, and rough framing for additions and remodels. We work from your plans or help you develop the right layout for your space. Solid framing is what everything above it depends on, and we treat it accordingly.

Walls & ceilings

Drywall Installation and Repair

New hang, tape, mud, and finish, including smooth wall finishes and texture matching for repairs. We handle drywall work for water damage, renovation patches, and holes throughout the home, and we sand and prime to a paint-ready finish that holds up.

Paint

Interior Painting

Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and cabinetry painted with proper surface prep, primer, and clean finish coats. Paint over bad prep does not last, and we are not in the habit of doing the same job twice.

Specialty

Specialty Finishes

Accent walls, two-tone rooms, and other specialty interior treatments are available on request. Ask us what is possible for your space.

Standalone work

Part of a Larger Project or a Standalone Scope

Most of our framing, drywall, and painting work is part of a broader renovation. We also take on standalone scopes for homeowners who need quality finish work done right without a full renovation attached to it.
