Oak and Holly Renovations is a residential renovation company based in Asheville, NC — built around a simple idea: that every home deserves craftsmanship, not just construction.

Founded by Xam Cloude, OHR is a curated team of skilled builders with deep roots in the WNC community and a shared commitment to quality work done right. With a combined 30 years of experience across kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home remodels, and everything in between, we’ve transformed homes from Biltmore Forest to Candler, West Asheville to the mountain communities beyond.

We work with private homeowners, property managers, real estate agents, and investors — and we’re fully licensed and insured. If it involves your home, we take it personally.
