We Have Deep Roots

Oak and Holly Renovations is a residential remodeling company based in Asheville, NC and surrounding areas. We work with property managers, real estate agents, contractors, and inspectors while also serving private clientele. Started by Xam Cloude, Oak and Holly is a curated group of builders with great reputations and a steadfast commitment to producing high quality work. 

With a combined 30 years of experience, our team has turned the roughest of the rough to the nicest of the nice. As a fully licensed and insured company, we offer everything you need for a whole house remodel. Our work, integrity, honesty and responsibility stands for itself. Though we’ve been around a short time, we’ve made a big impression and many clients happy.
